Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Method
We use SF Express as our primary courier service.
Available delivery options may include:
SF Express home delivery
SF self-pickup at SF stations or pickup points
2. Delivery Areas
Delivery is available within the following areas:
Hong Kong Island
Kowloon
New Territories
Selected outlying and remote areas
Delivery methods and service availability for outlying or remote areas
are subject to the courier’s actual arrangements.
Self-pickup options or additional charges may apply in certain locations.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within approximately 3–5 business days after payment confirmation,
excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid on delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight:
First 1 kg: HK$30
Each additional 0.5 kg: HK$7
Fees may vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and delivery location.
The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the actual parcel weight
and collected by the courier upon delivery.
5. Delays & Special Circumstances
In cases of high order volume, public holidays, severe weather, or other force majeure events,
shipment or delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Pickup Notification Update
To enhance anti-fraud measures,
SF Express has fully adopted app push notifications as the primary method for pickup alerts.
SMS notifications are no longer in use.
If you do not receive a pickup notification,
please ensure that you have downloaded and logged in to the SF Express App.

7. Additional Notes
The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect loss caused by delivery delays
