2. Return & Exchange Requests
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:

Reason for return or exchange
Photos showing the condition of the item (if applicable)
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Requests made after the 7-day return period

4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition,
and returned with complete original packaging, accessories, and complimentary items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns not related to product defects, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
In cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items, the Platform will assist with the arrangement
Shipping fees, including pay-on-delivery charges, are generally non-refundable
