Return & Exchange Policy


1. 7-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 7-day return guarantee, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Certain items may not be eligible.
The 7-day period starts from the day after the item is received.


2. Return & Exchange Requests

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Contact number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos showing the condition of the item (if applicable)


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 7-day return period

  • Due to personal preference, subjective perception, or reasons not related to product quality

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered, affecting resale condition

  • Incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or tags

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable


4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition,
and returned with complete original packaging, accessories, and complimentary items.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns not related to product defects, return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • In cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items, the Platform will assist with the arrangement

  • Shipping fees, including pay-on-delivery charges, are generally non-refundable


6. Exchange Arrangement

For exchanges, please submit a return request and place a new order.
Any price difference will be settled accordingly.


7. Final Decision

The Platform reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.
