Q1|What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payment only.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB)

  • Apple Pay

  • FPS

  • Alipay (HK)

Q2|Do you offer cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is not available.
Orders will be processed only after online payment is completed.


Q3|When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually dispatched within approximately 3–5 business days after payment confirmation,
excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays.


Q4|How is shipping calculated?

Shipping fees are paid on delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight:

  • First 1 kg: HK$30

  • Each additional 0.5 kg: HK$7

The courier will collect the shipping fee upon delivery.
Fees may vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and delivery location.


Q5|Which courier service do you use?

We use SF Express for delivery,
with home delivery or SF self-pickup options where applicable.


Q6|Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer a 7-day return guarantee, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Certain items may not be eligible.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item before requesting a return or exchange.


Q7|Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 7-day return period

  • Due to personal preference, subjective perception, or reasons not related to product quality

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or tags

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable


Q8|Who pays for return shipping?

For returns not due to product defects,
return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Q9|How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp,
and provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and product photos.
Our team will assist after verification.
